Privacy Policy

ClickMind is local-first.

Effective date: May 21, 2026. This policy explains how ClickMind handles data in the current app and support site.

What ClickMind Stores

ClickMind stores the Paths, Marks, Quiet Notes, settings, chart preferences, and local app state that you create while using the app. This information is intended to stay under your control on your devices and in the Apple services you choose to use.

Local-First Philosophy

Your ClickMind data is designed to live on your device first. The current app does not include advertising SDKs, third-party analytics, tracking pixels, behavioral profiling, or a separate ClickMind account system.

iCloud Sync

If you choose to use iCloud sync, your app data may sync through your personal Apple iCloud account using Apple services. The developer does not operate a separate sync server for this data. Apple account, iCloud, backup, and device settings may affect how synced data is stored and removed.

Apple Watch

The Apple Watch app receives the information it needs to show selected Paths, quick actions, and widget snapshots. Watch communication uses Apple platform features between your devices and is not a public sharing system.

Reflection Cards

Reflection Card previews are generated locally. The preview is the privacy contract: the visible card should show what would be shared or exported. ClickMind does not upload Reflection Cards to a public feed or social network.

Observatory Notes

Observatory Notes are deterministic local observations. They are designed to use simple local signals such as visible marks and timing. They do not use cloud AI, do not analyze Quiet Note text, and are not medical, mental-health, or coaching advice.

Exports and Calendar

Exports are created only when you choose them. Exported files are under your control after you create or share them. Calendar writing, where available, is intended for explicit user actions and not background tracking.

What ClickMind Does Not Do

Future Features

If ClickMind later adds features such as public sharing, community spaces, accounts, cloud AI, or additional server services, those features would require updated disclosures before they are offered. This policy describes the current local-first app and static support site.

Deleting Data

You control your local app data through the app and the Apple system settings available on your device. If iCloud sync is enabled, deletion and retention may also depend on Apple iCloud, backup, and device settings. The developer does not directly manage data stored in your personal Apple account.
